There are a few spaces left if you would like to participate in the annual Classic Vehicle Rally organised by the Darren Darby Memorial Fund. Sunday 14th September 2008. Classic cars, motorcycles, military or commercial vehicles are more than welcome to show but you must contact Pat or Ray immediately.

There will be all the usual stalls, cakes, games, preserves, home-made sweets,.etc and there is free admission to Thorpe Camp museum and grounds which will be open at 12 midday.
Darren died in a motor bike accident in 1999 aged 31. Since then his family have had an annual rally to raise funds towards the charities close to the young fire-retainer’s heart. These are the Lincolnshire Autistic Society, Fire Service Benevolent Fund and LIVES First Responders.
It is always a good day out, everyone welcome plus many trophies awarded for the various classes of vehicle.
