Thanks to Round Table

Thursday Club Chairman Dian Stevens opened the meeting last week welcoming all present and sending Get Well wishes to those unable to attend. Members were able to enjoy a film, “Ring of Bright Water”.
This week members were introduced to Mr Neil Hudson from Sleaford & District Round Table who, in conjunction with Woodhall Spa Round Table, had raised the wonderful sum of £640 and bought the Thursday Club their own “Home Cinema”.
The audio/home cinema DVD system will enable members to enjoy a variety of entertainment including comedy, musicals, drama etc;
The system, including a projector, speakers and screen was demonstrated prior to Neil enjoying afternoon tea with club members who expressed their gratitude for such a wonderful and thoughtful gift.
Please note: In future the club will meet from 1.30pm not 2.00pm as at present
