Deliberate vandalism hit a pensioner’s home in Tattershall High Street early on Saturday morning for the second time in three weeks.
Mr Robert Breislin, a local qualified diver, went into the Horncastle canal by Butts Bridge to recover coping stone which had been removed from his Mother’s front garden wall. The heavy stone had literally been removed from it’s a bonding , carried the length of the house and garden ands dumped in the water three weeks ago.
Early Saturday morning brainless vandals knocked another two stones off, also removing a layer of bricks.
“My Mum keeps an immaculate front garden” said Robert “it’s heart breaking that tanked up idiots leaving the local pubs should do this sort of thing to someone who has a pride in their home. This could not have been done by kids, the stones are too heavy – it’s just mindless hooligans”.
